Registration

Registrations to the SYP conference are handled via the electronic registration system at https://www.lyyti.in/syp2025-registration. 

Registration Fees and Payment Deadlines
The registration fee includes access to all symposium sessions and the exhibition, as well as lunches and coffee breaks provided during the symposium. Additionally, dinner on October 21 is included (except for additional exhibition representatives).

The registration fee is determined by the date of registration and payment. To benefit from the lower fee, please register early and complete the payment by the deadline.

Participant Categories:
ATS Member: A full member as defined by the ATS rules, who has paid the 2025 membership fee and has no outstanding payments.
ATS Young Generation: A full member born on or after January 1, 1987.
ATS Senior: A full member who is retired and was born on or before December 31, 1960.
ATS Student Member: A student member as defined by ATS rules, who holds a valid student card.
Non-member: Any other delegate.
Exhibitor (additional attendee): The exhibitor package includes a single ticket for a company representative. Tickets for additional representatives can be bought according to the above table (max. 3 additional representatives). Additional attendees obtain access to exhibition, lunches and coffee, no attendance to technical sessions. 

Payment:
There are three payment options available:

Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Eurocard)
PDF invoice (bank transfer)
E-invoice (Available only for Finnish organizations; a 15 EUR invoicing fee will be added.)

Payment is due within 14 days from the invoice date. Invoicing ends two weeks before the symposium.

Cancellation policy

If a cancellation of registration is received by August 31, 2025, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after August 31, 2025.

Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please note also, that the fees are payable even if you cannot make the conference.

The registration can be transferred to another person from the same organisation free of charge.
